Year 1 enjoy a lesson in pond dipping

Before the end of term, Year 1 particularly enjoyed pond dipping in their Forest School session. The children found a frog (named Freddie), caught newts, tadpoles, mosquito larvae, water snails and many more different water creatures in their net.
After a close inspection of the animals in a container, the children carefully lowered them back into their habitat.
