Prep Headteachers for the Day

Yesterday saw two new Headteachers take over our Prep School for the day, Millie and Copter.

They were put straight to work taking a member of our admissions team on a tour of their boarding house and their favourite parts of the Prep School.

This was followed by a site visit to the new Chellaram complex at our dedicated sports ground where they were the first pupils to enter the building and even got to sign their names on the steel foundations which will be marked as part of history!

Their minibus driver Mr Walton then took them up to Tockington Manor School, part of the Clifton College Education Group, where they met Mr Symonds for a tour of the grounds and briefed their soon-to-be pupil Headteacher for the day, TJ.

After a well-earned lunch break, their duties resumed as they met with our Executive Chef to learn about the amazing catering that Sodexo provide across the College.

They then headed to our School Shop to pick up a sweet treat before ending the day with a chat with Head of College Dr Greene to discuss their highlights of the day and which were their favourite (or least favourite) subjects.

Both did an amazing job and we will take your suggestions on board! (Except maybe ice cream for lunch…)
