Eco-Clifton publication Lent Term 2025

Eco-Clifton is an informative and collaborative student-led platform to initiate, facilitate and advertise positive environmental change.

The newsletter is composed of a number of well-crafted articles on a range of current sustainability news from both inside the college and globally.

The articles are then combined and formatted to create the latest edition of Eco-Clifton.

Mr Bates, Assistant Head Sustainability says: “The student written, and edited, Eco-Clifton was born from the ‘Young Change Maker Programme’ last year. A core tenet of which is to give students agency and to create positive change in our community. Even better if that change is supported to become reinforcing and self sustaining. It gives students the opportunity to develop skills like podcasting or journalism, which are not part of a traditional curriculum. This amazing document epitomises this and gives students the opportunity to demonstrate key skills which will unlock future opportunities.”
