Founded in 1862, Clifton College is a co-educational day and boarding school set in the heart of Bristol.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Pre-Prep and Prep School, part of an incredible community at Clifton College.

From the very beginning of your child’s passage into education in the Preschool, through to our wonderful Prep School, we will support you with the first steps on your journey with us at Clifton College. This event is for children aged 3-13 years.

Through outstanding pastoral care, superb teaching and extensive co-curricular options we make certain that every young person is supported, encouraged and driven to achieve their very best, wherever their interests may lead them.

Clifton College has a unique House system, where all day and boarding pupils are part of a house (from Year 4 upwards), enabling them to form lifelong friendships across different year groups.

Preschool at Clifton College provides high quality childcare and Preschool education, giving priority to the development needs and happiness of our children and their families in a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment.

Clifton College's unique House system (from Year 4 upwards) ensures excellent pastoral care and enables pupils to form lifelong friendships across different year groups.

We have a dedicated Forest School at our Beggar's Bush site which our Pre-Prep children look forward to visiting weekly!

At Clifton College we understand that our families lead busy lives, that’s why we offer flexible wrap around care as part of the school day, included from 7:30am until 6:00pm everyday.

Our catering team provide a wide range of balanced healthy meals, all made in-house from fresh ingredients.
