Successful First Online Safety Conference

On Friday 9th June, Clifton College held its first Online Safety Conference in The Redgrave Theatre.

This was a free event open to professionals across all sectors in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

The conference was opened by Dr Tim Greene (Head of College and Head Master of Upper School) and Mr Rob Farrow (Designated Safeguarding Lead). The event featured the following speakers; David Wright – CEO of SWGfL, Ben McGrath from Smoothwall and Megan Haldane – Cyber Protect Officer from Avon and Somerset Police.

The event was really successful and feedback has been highly positive. We expect to hold this event again next year and look forward to welcoming everyone back!
