Year 8 pupil’s poem selected for published book

The Young Writers group recently held a poetry writing competition for UK students aged 11 – 18 years as part of its ‘Imagine’ project; pupils were invited to reflect on contemporary issues and write about their passions.
Dhaara Acharya, from our Prep School, entered the competition and has just heard that her entry – ‘Equality and Diversity’ – has been selected for publication.
Congratulations, Dhaara! We’re looking forward to seeing her thought-provoking poem published in the ‘Imagine: Word by Word’ book in due course, but here’s a sneak preview in the meantime…
